Don't delay if you want to stay at Gaylord Opryland Resort -- the International Convention's headquarters hotel: As of August 31, 2009, fully 79% of our allotted Opryland rooms had already been booked!

But when all the Opryland rooms are gone, don't worry -- discussions are underway right now to make sure that every Moose member who wants to come to the Nashville Convention will be able to get accommodations!

  3. •Room Rate Information:

    1. ◦Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center room rate is $99.00/night.  However, the room bill will show an $89.00 rate and required resort fee of $10.00 equaling the $99.00 group room rate plus applicable taxes.

    2. ◦This rate will be good 3 days prior and 3 days after the official convention dates.  Come early or stay late and enjoy Tennessee.

  4. •For Those Driving to Nashville:

    1. ◦Parking - Moose International has negotiated a favorable $3-per-day parking fee at Opryland Resort.

  5. •For Those Flying To Nashville:

    1. ◦A special $10 round-trip fare has been negotiated from the Nashville Airport to Opryland.  This includes return to the airport.  Information on how to reserve this transportation will be forthcoming; keep checking at www.Moose2010Nashville.org !
