Countdown Party 2012 Open to Moose Members or Qualified Guests /(Toasters Fans) Only 250 booklets will be sold on first come/first serve basis. To purchase a booklet direct from the Moose Lodge #7 Call- 765-654-6423 A Countdown Party With All You Can Eat and Drink Plus The Flying Toasters!   Books are now available for next years Countdown party. It will be held Saturday Nov. 26th. The “Toasters” will be playing. Members can pay $10 a month and get 10% off food in the dining room. This event was sold out this year with a waiting list, so don’t wait! This was a GREAT night and is the lodge’s biggest fund raiser! Countdown will take place at the Annual Lodge COUNTDOWN Party on Saturday, Nov. 26, 2012. Capsules with corresponding booklet numbers 1 to 250 will be drawn for disqualification.    Payouts will be the following  1st  number drawn out = $100.00 50th  number drawn out = $100.00 75th number drawn out = $500.00  100th number drawn out = $100.00  125th number drawn out = $500.00  150th number drawn out = $100.00  175th number drawn out = $500.00  200th number drawn out = $100.00   225th number drawn out = $500.00  250th number drawn out = applicable %  SEE RULES BELOW (if it’s sold out this number would be $7,500) Unsold booklets will result in a reduction of prize money as follows:  80% sold = $8,000 Total Payout 60% sold = $6,000 Total payout  40% sold = $4,000 Total payout  The last 10 people will be given the opportunity to split the payout amongst themselves.  In the event one person is absent the countdown will continue to draw until all book holders are present. All books must be paid in full by November 24th, 2010.  Failure to pay in full will result in a forfeit of all moneys and the countdown booklet.  The Lodge reserves the right to pay off any unpaid balance and claim that booklet.
